Main Role (not limited to):
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Issue copies of all completed paperwork / certificates directly to the end user/customer via email.
- Review PPM reports from engineers.
- Review remedial reports from engineers.
- Estimate works from engineers’ reports.
- Estimate works from customer enquiries.
- Prepare and issue RAMS for work secured.
- Prepare and issue Job Packs where required.
- Source and procure materials when required.
- Coordinating of materials and deliveries where required.
- Attending site visits where required whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
The Ideal Skills:
- Experience within a similar role is advantageous.
- GCSE Maths and English.
- A minimum NVQ in engineering is advantageous.
- Disciplined and organised.
- Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised, but also contribute to an effective team.
