Pump Repairs Coordinator

Main Role (not limited to):

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents. 
  • Issue copies of all completed paperwork / certificates directly to the end user/customer via email.  
  • Review PPM reports from engineers. 
  • Review remedial reports from engineers. 
  • Estimate works from engineers’ reports. 
  • Estimate works from customer enquiries.  
  • Prepare and issue RAMS for work secured. 
  • Prepare and issue Job Packs where required. 
  • Source and procure materials when required. 
  • Coordinating of materials and deliveries where required. 
  • Attending site visits where required whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.  

 

The Ideal Skills:

  • Experience within a similar role is advantageous.
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • A minimum NVQ in engineering is advantageous.
  • Disciplined and organised.
  • Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised, but also contribute to an effective team.
