Main Role (not limited to):

The purpose of the Residential Installations Supervisor is to help ensure various projects complete safely, on time, and within budget. The Residential Installations Supervisor monitors and directs contractor activities from start to finish and direct and oversee various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation to the final touches. Site Managers supervise the process with a critical eye, provide major input on selecting and hiring subcontractors, and serve as a liaison between contractors and clients whilst on site.

• Visit various A&F installation sites daily. Normally Residential sprinkler-based installs.
• Supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking material levels, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control (Q n A).
• Whilst on site oversee daily operations and general management all A&F employees on project(s).
• Provide input into the planning and development of the program.
• Manage project site safety for internal and subcontract personnel.
• Ensure your site is operating effectively. maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Organise and take in major site deliveries.

The Ideal Skills:

• Experience within Residential Fire Sprinklers is essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to apply analytical thinking in problem-solving.
• Experience working within a customer-facing role, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Able to work under pressure and to a high standard.
• Excellent communication/customer-facing skills.
• Disciplined and organised.
• Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised, but also contribute to an effective team.
